My first job ,as a young teen, was in an AT&T call center. After working phones for a summer, I was able to transition into the IT department working on upgrading and fixing computers for the staff. This was my first formal introduction to technology and this love has only grown stronger over the last 30 years. In college I spent my free time designing web pages in the computer lab teaching myself how to design in what was then a new and exciting medium. I spent so much time in the lab, the staff began sending people with web questions to me for answers!

I have over 20 years of hands-on experience with technology and corporate leadership in contact center, banking, and medical environments. Avid lover of Gates KC BBQ (Hi! May I help you!?!). Bachelor of Science in Technical Management (DeVry University).
